Use of the studio requires the following in advance:
• Signed Studio Rental Agreement
• Payment of Deposit
• Signed Liability Waiver and Releases for all persons who will be in attendance at the Studio
• Photocopy of Renter’s Drivers License
• Certificate of General Liability Insurance
General Liability Insurance is required to confirm your studio rental:
• Commercial General Liability deemed primary and noncontributory
• $1,000,000 Per Occurrence and Annual Aggregate
• Must name Vid Monster Productions, LLC and Flora Stuart (building owner) as an additional insured
